AWeber, a leader in email marketing and email newsletter software, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, you°ll be responsible for driving AWeber°s marketing strategy and execution, with an eye to growing and retaining our loyal customer base (currently over 100,000 strong and growing every day). With our support, you°ll raise awareness of AWeber products, develop and refine our lead generation and conversion efforts, identify and prioritize our marketing and public relations opportunities. We have a fantastic team for you to work with, but we expect you to grow the team as you and other leadership deem necessary to meet our marketing objectives.

Track record of strong performance in fast-paced, high-growth fields and companies. Knows digital marketing (email, social, CRO, SEM, SEO, affiliate, inbound, content).
Experience in and strong knowledge of SaaS, B2B, SMB markets; recognizes and plans ahead for changes in needs. Strong analysis, research, planning skills. Develop measurement strategy, forecasting, benchmarks, and dashboards to support and monitor marketing activities. Spread a consistent, unified message across target audiences, both external and internal. Prioritize marketing activities and allocate resources (above all, time) accordingly. Lead any necessary market research required to develop or refine marketing strategy.
Develop and refine marketing funnels. Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, and other teams on product and product marketing strategies. Represent AWeber as needed to media and other groups. We°re in Chalfont, PA, nestled in the heart of scenic Bucks County, in the suburbs of Philadelphia. While this position may require occasional travel, the majority of your time will be spent working on-site with AWesome people in our state-of-the-art headquarters.
