Super Duper Publications is a small, family owned publishing company in Greenville, South Carolina. Currently, we have a CEO, a President, and 70 employees. We develop learning materials for children Prek-8. Products include card decks, games, Apps, workbooks and more! Our products are marketed via a 280 page mail order catalog and our website. Keep in mind, we arent Wall Streeters or a large corporation where big bonuses are given. Think Mom and Pop looking for an HONEST, detail oriented person to help us grow a 27 year old company that weve poured our hearts and souls into.

Job duties include:
Manage all financial aspects of companies, including tax filings, completed by CPA
Manage HR functions and maintain compliance with current HR/benefits/payroll/regulatory legislation and related issues
Manage insurance programs, including health & welfare and property & casualty lines of coverage, with assistance of broker
Oversee operations, including Customer Help, Distribution, IT, and Maintenance departments
Assist in managing purchasing and quality assurance of delivered final product
Assist managing all aspects of properties owned by Webber Ventures, LLC
Assist in reporting of sales and expense related issues
Assist Chairman and CEO, on an as needed basis, with operational projects

Prior financial, operations, and HR experience
Positive team oriented attitude
Experience with MS Office and Peachtree (or similar financial software)
Bachelors degree in related field, advanced degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
Comfortable in flexible/adaptable environment
