Must hold an airline transport pilot (rotorcraft) certificate with a type rating in several variations of rotor aircraft such as the B206, B212, B412, BO105 AS350 Series, and the SA315.
The applicant must be qualified to serve as Pilot-In-Command on aircraft. Must be able to obtain an OAS card for Forest Service work.
First time applicant: Have at least 3 years experience within the last 6 years as Pilot-In-Command of an aircraft operated under Part 135.
