Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Job will not start before required security clearance is granted.
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Related Field of Study from a college or university certified by a nationally recognized accrediting agency as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
2 Years experience working with the SQL Language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 as well as recent version.
Strong understanding of Operating Systems including but not limited to Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7. Windows Server 2003/2008
Knowledge with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Active Directory
Possess any of the following certifications:
Strong ability to use Microsoft Spreadsheet to do report, summary, etc.
5 years successful experiences of managing federal government contract in every aspect with more than 30 persons in a single contract with personnel including not limited to managers, system administration, database administration, technical support, software programmer, operation personnel.
5 years successful experiences in quality control and quality assurance with direct and full responsibility of delivering work products with nonconformance to customer on schedule.
5 years successful experiences in working directly with customers with recorded accomplishments of business growth, budget control, customer satisfaction, and customer relationship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with track records to deal with technical and production issues.
Strong ability with track records to manage efficiently personnel and resources in an IT production environment.
Strong ability with track records to create, modify, execute, and enforce quality control procedures and processes.
Strong ability with track records to create task requirements and software requirements.
Strong oral and writing communication ability and skills with track records in reporting, auditing, managing, and supporting.
Strong ability with track records to handle pressures to meet difficult deadlines and expected superior performance.
The candidate must demonstrate strong successful experiences in managing Quality Control for teams performing federal contracting projects, strong ability to deal with every aspect in Quality Control, strong ethic and professional commitments in operation and management success, strong ability to handle quality and production pressures and to deliver a quality work product on time with customer expectations, strong ability to implement directions from high level management, and strong ability to work with customer for customer satisfaction.
The candidate must demonstrate willingness of going the extra mile for customer satisfaction and excellence of operational quality.
The candidate must also demonstrate strong ability of managing mission critical operations in the way that keeps schedule and deliverable requirements even in any unexpected circumstance.
The candidate must demonstrate an ability of adhering to company quality standards and the ability to generate effective reports and procedures and to verify all deliverables confirm to the scope of a project.
The candidate has ability to lead, set up, and manage mobile teams when needed.
The Chief Quality Control Manager reports to the President of the company and is directly responsible for the project quality and productivity of work products by overseeing, implementing, executing, and enforcing Quality Standards for multiple-location projects, ensuring all team members are performing and adhering to project quality requirements and ensuring work product meets 100% quality requirements. The Chief Quality Control Manager will create, verify and validate all internal procedures and processes, and enforce all the operation with non-conformance. Responsibilities are also including, not limited to, project management with total satisfactions of schedules, deliverables, productivity, and quality; handling task schedule and deliverable without delay in any unexpected circumstance; growth with requirements of rapidly increasing personnel and operation; assistance of handling HR and hiring matters; assistance in business development and customer relationship; proposal writing and support; support in ISO certification and maintenance; development and enforcement of new quality procedures and processes. The Chief Quality Control Manager shall perform other tasks requested by management.
