Assist the Director of Restaurants with multiple outlets and special events. Oversee food and beverage outlets on an assigned shift, which would include opening and closing responsibilities.
Two years of previous restaurant experience in a supervisory or management role;
Sales oriented for booking and managing parties in outlets;
Customer service oriented;
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills;
Some proficiency with Microsoft Office products;
Must have a valid Food Handlers Card and be TIPS certified.
