for a 12mth + contract onsite supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise. The UCCE UCCX Engineer must have strong understanding and exposure to Contact Center environments Strong Operations/Troubleshooting Experience 2-5 yrs Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Express. Seeking 1-3 yrs experience with supporting CVP w/SIP or H.323 Integrations and IP IVR Familiarity with Calabrio WFM and QM, Call Recording (Vernit/NICE/Calabrio), VMWare and Virtualization Applicable Certs would be CCNP-Voice with UCCX specialist, UCCED, UCCEI, UCCES exam specialities Contact Center issue triage, troubleshooting and root cause analysis including UCCE, IPIVR, UCCX, CUCM and Call Recording platforms Contact Center MACDs including agents, scripting and call recording.
