Civil Project Manager -- Land Development

Founded in 1986, Coler & Colantonio, Inc., a CHA Company, is a multidisciplinary firm of engineers and scientists providing high quality engineering services across a diverse range of market segments, geographic locations (both domestic and international) and project types. We have established client bases in the energy, private and public market sectors. In the energy sector we perform feasibility studies, survey engineering, permitting & facility design services associated with the distribution of energy in pipelines; as well as offering a full range of asset management software. In the private sector, we offer services associated with permitting, surveying & design and construction of commercial buildings and residential subdivisions. In the public sector we offer a full range of services associated with roadways, environmental protection, water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment and software for municipal functions. We are also able to offer design/build/operate services through a wholly owned subsidiary.

We have a current opening for a Project Manager specializing in private land development and public municipal markets throughout Massachusetts.

Management responsibilities include direct management of technical staff, daily communication/coordination with clients, proposal preparation (scope and fee), new business development and associated financial and work product management for each project. The successful candidate will be technically proficient and set the technical requirements of each project and to mentor junior staff in all aspects including grading, drainage, utility design, wastewater collection and disposal, roadway design, etc and must be able to present the project on behalf of our client’s to the various permitting agencies.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PE required, with six or more years of related experience in Massachusetts. Demonstrated attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and ability to motivate staff and solidify client reatlations highly energized consulting environment also required.
