We currently have an opportunity for a Claims Customer Service Representative located in our Canton, MA office.
This position can be either Full-Time (M-F 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.) or Part-Time (9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m. or 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.). We are looking for candidate who can provide excellent call center support for high volume incoming Claim Inquiry calls from Insureds, Agents, Claimants and other parties.

Responsibilities:
1) Fields phone calls from external customers related to claim processing issues and the reporting of losses.

2) Accurate and timely data entry in multiple Microsoft based applications.

3) Maintains professionalism and confidentiality with regard to all aspects of claim property damage, injury and other personal information.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal / written communication skills. Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and solid organizational skills. Previous experience with basic Microsoft computer applications preferred.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3 years customer service experience; call center preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Multi-lingual skills preferred, specifically Spanish.
