Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Claims Manager, is responsible for investigating and resolving complex claims issues per established procedures and standards. Also, performs account and statement reconciliations, and completes adjustment projects to correct identified provider over/under payments. Notifies the Claims Manager and Customer Service Representatives when adjustment projects are completed. Assists with processing of claims as assigned.
