Effectively provide necessary support to associates and Management staff to facilitate achievement of quality business objectives.
•Assist department with setting up claims files
•Confirm damages with brokers
•Confirm with brokers the availability of property
•Review BPO’s/Inspection Reports for damage
•Obtain fire reports
•Obtain police reports
•Obtain trustee’s deed
•Obtain repair bills
•Maintain various logs as required
•Assist with filing notice of claim
•Obtain and follow-up on acknowledgement from insurers that claims have been received
•Provide access information to carrier adjusters and ensure properties are inspected in a timely manner
•Access clients database (when appropriate) for reports and information
•Train new administrators when necessary
•Maintain all tasks in a current status
•Other duties as assigned which may include, but not limited to, filing, answering telephone, mailing, emailing, scanning, making calls, processing checks and documenting
•Participate in new assignments and changes as necessary
•Other duties/projects as assigned by Dimont & Associates.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
•Prefer Associates or higher level education
•One year prior experience in similar administrative role
•Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
•Exceptional communications skills, time management ability and people skills
•Must be professional with a “Can Do” attitude
•Must have the ability to aggressively organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
•Ability to be flexible, maintain high integrity and follow through
•Able to commit to extended hours or overtime when requested.
