Job Summary: The Claims Analyst is responsible to the ongoing reporting and analysis of product and component claim information as it relates to the company’s service programs. This person is a key participant in the financial budgeting and forecasting process.
Monthly KPIs analysis and reporting for Service Networks and Warranty Claims
BI analytics using standard applications to provide analytic support for various end user data requests
Warranty Claims month end closing processing and monthly COGS analysis
Warranty Claims analytical support and AdHoc reporting as well as requested
Maintain Monthly Service Center Priority report based on KPIs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Quality Assurance reports from Field Audit
Responsible for attaining data for Field Audit processing
Maintain tools and applications that are utilized to efficiently and effectively manage cost and trend analysis as well as Customer Behaviors and Service Center Performance
Develop and maintain comprehensive management reporting tools for financial and Operation performance
Weekly interaction with upper management to identify and communicate facility trends
Coordinate technical initiatives with information technology department
Accountable for the production of internal performance reporting
Provides team level reporting and analysis to identify performance variance, reasons and overall
Impact to call center operations
Related Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business related field
Specific Skills & Knowledge:
- 3-5 years related analytical experience
Proficient in MS office products
MS SQL, Advanced Excel
Oracle reporting systems
