Responsible for working property insurance claim files through to resolution of receiving proceeds in a timely manner. Will correspond with Servicers, Adjusters and Brokers via both telephone and in writing. In addition, you will create and maintain proper documentation in the files, and be diligent in obtaining the information necessary to resolve the file.

Responsible for achieving individual productivity goals and contributing to the department’s achievement of its goals
Correspond with insurer’s Independent Field Reps and Brokers via telephone and in writing
Maintain good relations with all insurers, Adjusters, and Brokers
Complete tasks within established time frames; diligent, motivated, and driven to get results
Maintain system and working files and ensure documentation is thorough and complete
Other duties/projects as assigned by Dimont & Associates
Ability to travel up to 25% Pursue programs for personal and professional development
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School or equivalent.
Minimum Experience required: 2 to 5 years of claims administrative experience.
Skills Required: Exceptional time management and communication skills;
Strong computer technical skills including highly proficient with MS Office suite.
