Supervise the claims staff to ensure all quality, productivity and customer service criteria are met while adhering to company policies and procedures; monitor individual claim activity and workloads, give technical and jurisdictional direction regarding claims, provide training and perform claim audits. Depending on the office size and file count, the supervisor may also be responsible for carrying a personal claim load
Maintain a consistent delivery of our quality service.
Performs other duties as assigned by claims operation manager or Hub manager.
Four year degree at an accredited college or university preferred.
Five (5) years of claims management experience preferred or equivalent experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
