This student will maintain and install software and hardware in classrooms, assist supervisor with computer setup/imaging,
promote good customer service by providing timely and accurate responses, perform other duties as assigned by various employees in the department.

Good academic standing required (2.0 or higher GPA).
Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Student should be capable of paying attention to detail and have basic MS office skills and knowledge of and familiarity with both PC and Mac environments. Student should also have strong communication skills, which includes both oral and written communication, a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and process work with minimal supervision.
In addition, the student should have strong organizational skills, should be able to work effectively in stressful situations, and should have a working knowledge of mission and responsibilities of IT Dept.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment which may exceed 50 lbs. and keep a neat and clean appearance. Should expect frequent interactions with university community.
