DESCRIPTION

If you are a dynamic leader with the ability to strategically grow retail revenue through innovative sales and marketing strategies, we have an excellent opportunity for you in our Nasvhille, TN district.

DUTIES

** Provide training and leadership to direct reports through a competitive and motivating environment ** Perform supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, directing work assignments, administering performance reviews, disciplinary actions and/or rewards. ** Track daily activity and review month-end results; adjust strategies to improve results. ** Meet or exceed budgeted goals by identifying trends and creating innovative sales and marketing strategies. ** Develop customer relationships with outstanding customer service. ** Become an expert on our products and services and understand the competition. ** Assist in maintenance, appearance, merchandising and pricing of store. ** Utilize computer to complete proposals, prepare sale agreement and obtain necessary information from customer to complete sale.

QUALIFICATIONS
