Data entry and printing from SAP system.
Prepares and distributes daily and/or weekly production and/or maintenance reports as directed.
Coordinates and distributes the completion of required monthly reports.
Responsible for accurate and timely filing (paper and/or electronic).
Communicates and/or coordinates managers instructions with various individuals and/or departments.
Furnishes and obtains information from other managers or outside representatives.
Organizes and maintains files of supervisor s correspondence and records, following up as directed on open matters.
Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conference.
Composes and types routine letters and memoranda. Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor s attention.
Utilizes computer, calculator, and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving and presenting information.
Participates in other plant activities as time permits such as plant housekeeping audits.
May be asked to assist site administrator at times.
Responsible for supporting all BASF Safety initiatives such as ZIM (Zero Incident Mindset), JTE Program, and RCMS.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 5 7 years work experience in some administrative/clerical support role. Post high school education and/or training, a plus. Knowledgeable and confident when using Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Power Point. Solid interpersonal skills are required. Communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization is a must. This person must have exceptional skills to keep work area and him/her organized.

This an administrative position in a manufactuing environment. Ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support to multiple departments in a manufacturing/plant environment. *
