Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 months to 1 year of clerical experience. Previous experience with Teleform and scanning. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
The Clerk will be part of the Upstate Kids Program, and will be in charge of all phases of scanned questionnaire entry (i.e., scanning, reading, verifying, and data commitment) using the Teleform data entry system. The incumbent will provide scanning support for the program, including uploading and backing-up data, as well as updating database information. This individual will also be asked to assist with assembling project mailings, as well as printed materials that need to be collated before mailings are packaged. The indvidiual will also be asked to conduct periodic manual data entry for quality control checks. The individual must be organized and be able to work efficiently on a fast-paced, high volume project that has daily and weekly deadlines in place to accomplish project goals. Filing, answering phones, and other related clerical duties may be assigned.
