Job description: The position performs complex computer systems and data analysis. Work involves compiling and tabulating data, developing and implementing spread sheets, checking documents for accuracy, filing documents to the shared drive and maintaining files. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
Essential Job Functions:
•Proofs reports, summaries, assessments and other related forms.
•Posts information to agency shared drive.
•Assembles, organizes, and tabulates data; and may compile and tabulate data and prepare charts, graphs, and tables.
•Performs data entry, retrieval, and data searches.
•May maintain Individual Support Plan schedules and individual appointments.
•Keep electronic records updated as needed.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
•Skill in the development and maintaining of databases.
•Experience in planning, organizing, assigning, and leading the work of others as needed.
•Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze data.
•Knowledge of agency programs, policies, and service delivery processes.
•Knowledge of basic business operations and the working of organizations,
•Knowledge of business practices and data entry.
•Knowledge of terminology related to psychological services, QDDP services, nursing services and intellectual disabilities.
•Ability and knowledge of written English language to include spelling and grammar.
•Ability to use interpersonal relations skills and communicate effectively.
•Ability to type at least 65 wpm.
•Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks.
Registration or Licensure Requirements:
•Requires a valid driver’s license.
•Graduation from an accredited high school or GED, plus two (2) years of work experience in a field related to the duties of the position.
Initial Selection Criteria:
•Proficient knowledge in MS Excel.
•Must have data processing experience in the last 10 years.
•Must type at least 65 wpm.
