Honors Program Clerical – To provide clerical support for the Honors Program with responsibility in working with the Program Director, Honors Program Council, Honors students and university personnel.
Description of the Position
Hire and supervise student work-study.
Coordinate registration and maintain accurate student database. In addition, maintain database for honors scholarship administration.
Primary responsibility for purchasing, monitoring expenditures and cost projections for new projects.
Coordinate CCPS proposal submissions and co-curricular offerings for honors education.
Coordinate recruitment, program admissions process and administration of enrichment activities that enhance honors education.
Serve as a member of the Honors Program Council.
Perform other tasks and duties, as assigned by the Honors Program Director.
Applicants must have one year of clerical experience; or six months of general clerical experience and high school course work in office skills including typing, basic computer word processing, filing, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
