Provide clerical support to legal department in maintaining files (electronic and hard copy), and legal file room, preparing drafts of documents using templates, scanning, faxing, answering phones. Provide clerical support throughout the entire process related to residential and commercial closings, acquisition, due diligence, financing and entity formation. Observe residential closings and assist paralegal in clerical aspects of the process to include copying, scanning, etc. understand the enter process. During actual closings make and collate copies of all documents during the closing process and insure proper stamping on the documents. Perform photocopying, scanning and disbursement of letters and documents for residential closings, set up of files.

Experienced in the use of MS word to create documents and correspondence usually from templates and MS excel to enter information into electronic legal files. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to multi task and work under minimal supervision. Usually attained through 1+ years experience in an office environment performing highly detailed clerical functions.
