Job Summary/Basic Function:
Under the administrative supervision of the Special Projects Coordinator, the clerk assists students, visitors, and staff by acting as a receptionist and providing directions and answers to basic inquiries. In addition, the clerk coordinates requests for evening audiovisual equipment use, equipment needs, serves as the key operator for the copy machine, monitors vending machines, answers the information telephone line, and takes and relays messages to all staff and faculty members.
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to work with limited supervision.
2. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite to generate letters, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to work with people from varied backgrounds.
2. Good organizational and communication skills.
