Responsible for performing clerical
functions associated with analysis and assignment for completion of
all medical records of discharged patients to ensure compliance with
hospital policy and regulatory requirements; maintaining department
medical records files, completing birth certificates; releasing health information as
required and performing receptionist duties.
Basic computer skills, ability to type 35
– 40 words per minute, with accuracy, strong verbal,
interpersonal and communication skills.
Education : High school graduate or equivalent.
Must take and pass the CCC (Customer Center
Assessment) personality test.
