This is a part time temporary position lasting approximately 60 days. Provide best practice, student-focused customer service. Provide general clerical support for the Department of Student Success.
At least 2 years of full time or equivalent part time experience in an office enviroment, Excellent customer service skills, comfortable dealing with the public in person and on the telephone; Proficiency using computer for data entry, Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, and Outlook; Ability to multi-task and experience working in a busy, high volume office.
Provide direct customer service and clerical support services (phone, electronic, in person) for the Department of Student Success, including(but not limited to) scheduling, appointments, processing request, assisting students, filing, photocopying, faxing, drafting memos, distributing communications and maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms.
Rate of Pay:
17 hours per week – To be determined by staffing needs
