Main duties include, but not limited to:
Responsible for all the filing of compliance related documents into personnel files according to department guidelines

Maintains confidentiality of personnel files and a sign-in and sign-out tracking mechanisms for all personnel and medical files.

Facilitates the distribution of supplies to paraprofessional staff. Photocopies materials needed for in-service; department forms and general department information.

Assist with the department's data entry needs.

Detail oriented individual with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
