The Client Account Executive, EXL Landa, Account Management is responsible for achieving the assigned annual revenue quota from existing customer contracts by actively managing the client relationship. This includes but is not limited to:
strategic account planning; internal and external organizational communication;
pricing input; and contract negotiation. This role will be supported by an
effective clinical and technical solutions support team and marketing
Develop and implement a written strategic sales plan for each
client. Achieve assigned revenue quota and Ensure client satisfaction, retention and reference-ability. Participate in client visits, industryevents, trade shows, conferences or other marketing events as necessary. Analyze client needs and recommend a solution that best meets client requirements.
Understand clients business and industry context relative to EXL Landa’s value
proposition. Develop and maintain client relationships that influence buying decisions and drives a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Provide input to
Landacorp product management teams as it relates to the needs of the
market. Identify account management process improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to team.
Prior work experience in the any of the following roles: Account Management or Sales.
Minimum of 10 years of direct client relationship management, preferably
in the healthcare or software industry.
Strong ability to work on a self-directed basis.
Excellent client management skills with appropriate financial skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable with financial analysis and developing financial
justifications. Must be able to work with deadlines
Bachelor degree required; a specialty in healthcare or technical area is
desirable. Master’s in Business or other field is desirable, but experience can

Management team is field based. The
selected candidate for this position should be located in any major
metropolitan area with ready access to a major airport.
