Title: CLIENT ANALYST LEVEL I

SECTION I: RESPONSIBILITY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION (overview of the role):
Responsible for accurately completing projects for an assigned group of clients. Responsible for accurately processing projects, as assigned, for other Client Analysts, in the Division in a timely manner. Responsible for client satisfaction of an assigned group of clients. This person is the point of contact for these clients; which involves resolving questions or issues and making needed changes.

SPECIFIC DUTIES (expectations of the role; job duties):
• Point of contact person for the clients assigned to your base.
• Listen to client questions, concerns, or problems for resolution and potential new product development.
• Address client concerns and solve problems, providing a high level of customer service.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical instructions by identifying and analyzing. Ensure proper resolutions are implemented to resolve the issues and are implemented within stated timeframes. This pertains to issues for your client base as well as for projects assigned for other clients.
• Ensure needed changes are completed accurately and within stated timeframes.
• Maintains technical product knowledge to keep abreast of updates and changes to the Multi Channel Distribution System (MCDS) by continued product training.
• Develop industry knowledge through self-paced training or training made available from Emdeon.
• Responsible for maintaining obligatory requirements to meet quality system compliance e.g. follow processes and procedures as written; complete documentation accurately and in real time in the project management application.
• Document all projects and issues in the client data base.
• Work as a business partner with your clients by offering additional products or services to save them time and money.
• Participate in or conduct periodic client meetings via the phone to discuss current activities, client satisfaction, and potential new offerings.
• Participate in, with Manager present, periodic face-to-face client meetings to discuss current activities, client satisfaction, and potential new offerings.
• Participate, with Managers lead, in periodic client meetings, via the phone, to discuss current activities, client satisfaction, and potential new offerings. Adherence to security policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
