The Client Arrangements Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting our billing partners and billing department by reviewing and implementing our client fee arrangements and the requirements contained in client Outside Counsel Guidelines and electronic billing guidelines. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for implementing the client arrangement in the electronic billing vendors systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Firm billing partners, billing specialists, and other Firm departments (as necessary) to secure and implement fee arrangements for the Firms largest and most complex clients.
Effectively communicate these client fee arrangements and billing requirements to appropriate Firm personnel.
Prepare analyses of billing information to assist billing partners in developing fee arrangement proposals.
Review and analyze our client fee arrangements, Outside Counsel Guidelines, and electronic billing guidelines and ensure the corresponding billing information is properly set-up in our financial and legal management system (Elite Enterprise).
Address questions regarding the billing information from clients and Firm personnel worldwide.
Implement clients on applicable electronic billing systems.
Effectively communicate to appropriate Firm personnel the timeline for implementation and the specific electronic billing system requirements to which we will need to adhere.
Evaluate our current processes and procedures related to setting-up client fee arrangements and corresponding electronic billing information in Elite and identify opportunities for improvement.
Address and respond to questions that arise from electronic billing issues from individuals across the Firms worldwide offices.
May coordinate the workload of one to two analysts.
Assist in training staff and preparing documentation of processes and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to our attorneys, billing specialists, clients, and other Firm personnel.

Education and/or Experience:Required:
Bachelors degree in business, technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Five years of work experience in relevant position
High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Elite Enterprise
Experience with electronic billing systems
Experience with Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard (LEDES) billing formats
