Client Assistance Engineer
San Ramon, CA
Full Time3rd Shift (Early AM and/or potential weekends)

Weareseeking a talented Client Assistance Engineerwith the technical sharpness to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Incident and Change Management applications. Our software integrates with a wide range of components. Technical Customer Support Engineerwill also assists in the installation and upgrade of ourproducts.

Database Experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
Data Transformation, ETL
Scripting Experience
REST API Web Services experience

Additional Qualifications / Necessary Skills:
3 to 5 years minimum experience performing analysis and troubleshooting of complex software applications in a SaaS environment
Experience with Microsoft and Unix operating systems
Experience VMware, or other similar software, for replicating client issues
Working knowledge of databases and database technology (Oracle, SQL Server); networks and network troubleshooting; and with messaging and messaging protocols
Experience with XML
Experience providing support and communicating with enterprise level customers
Ability to quickly learn new technology and new products
Ability to multitask while ensuring the highest quality of work
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with customers in a pre- or post-Sales capacity
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Ability to mentor others
Experience with CRM software (Remedy or Salesforce)

Experience with the following a plus:
BMC Control-M, Impact Manager, Change Management or Service Desk Incident Management
ITIL and ITSM Experience
