TITLE OF POSITION Client Coordinator (ANAB Grade 1)
SUPERVISOR’S TITLE Manager, Accreditation
A Client Coordinator will learn and understand the accreditation business, products, markets, and personnel. One will also learn a solid grasp of daily office operations and goals of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to administer the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board’s accreditation process by coordinating the assessments between the customers and the assessors and coordination of other accreditation services. One will have regular and consistent contact with the Management System Group Leader and the Management Team on the company communications, office responsibilities and managing assigned tasks. Also, serve as an information administrator for the office, schedule meetings and appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, manage projects, conduct research, and provide information via the telephone, postal mail, and e-mail. May prepare correspondence and handle travel arrangements.
•Coordinate accreditation activity; application processing, assessment scheduling, assessment pre and post activity, accreditation decision process.
•Regular participation and contributions to team meetings
•Filing, scanning and file maintenance
•Maintain overall office events
•Participate in brainstorming and prospecting
•Assist other coordinators as needed
•Support the maintenance of the database for assessors and customers
•Establish and maintain customer contacts
•Serve as liaison between customer, assessors and company staff
•Support technical staff, as appropriate
•Support Director of Sales, as appropriate
•Support Vice President, as appropriate
•Manage administrative responsibility of Company training classes
•Conduct customer follow up
•Other responsibilities as assigned
Authorities: Reports directly to the Management System Group Leader
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred but not required. 0-3 years of related experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
•Must have excellent written, listening and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as acting with respect and integrity.
•Must have an intricate level of understanding of the accreditation business, products, markets, personnel, outside influencers, etc.
•Understanding of quality principles, continuous learning, customer focus, and teamwork and partnering skills.
•Demonstrated capacity for embracing change and learning new technologies.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
•Excellent organizational abilities. The ability to prioritize projects, handle a multitude of activities simultaneously, and pay thorough attention to detail is essential.
•Ability to manage the work under pressure
•Ability to negotiate contracts
• Demonstrate sound administrative execution
Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require overnight travel.
