The purpose of the position is to prepare all appeal and initial claim files in OneNote for review by the CCAC and PC, process all fee transfer request, and work with IFD Formula on processing all client credit fee adjustment, reviewing/responding to request received from attorneys and staff globally via the CCA mailbox.
