FactSet Client Data Integration Services is a team of client-facing specialists and engineers focused on the integration of client portfolio data onto FactSet’s systems. These integrations allow clients to view, analyze and benchmark their own proprietary data which is a key differentiator for FactSet.

To complement the implementation specialists and engineers, Client Data Integration Coordinators oversee and support the processes involved in the extraction, transfer, and upload of this critical client proprietary data. They are responsible for working with internal engineering and sales teams as well as clients and vendors to help identify and resolve issues as they occur.

Appropriate training, tools and procedures will be provided for individuals to succeed in this role, although outstanding candidates will be able to go beyond in troubleshooting and work to further improve and expand them. In addition, there will be a broad exposure to FactSet business practices, products and infrastructure. This provides many opportunities to further develop individual financial knowledge and technical skills.

Position Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or Mon-Fri 2am-10am


+ Create & follow support documentation for automated workflows

+ Monitor automated mission critical client processes

+ Proactively contact clients for process maintenance and troubleshooting

+ Interpret and support scripts written in Windows batch, Perl, PowerShell and VBScript

+ Use command-line (e.g. PGP, ZIP) and file transfer utilities (e.g. FTP, SFTP/SCP/SSH)

Job Requirements :
Candidates with the following skills are highly desired

+ Ability to read, interpret and create technical documentation

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work both independently and in groups and set goals based on shifting priorities

+ Experience interacting with clients remotely via phone, email and/or remote assistance tools

+ Experience with general scripting concepts (Perl, PowerShell, etc.) and command-line interactions
