Client Engagement Director (West Region)

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Business Development
    • Engage in early-stage conversations and workshops with key prospects and clients
    • Creatively design and bundle Arcadia offerings to align with client challenges and needs
    • Own and drive proposal planning, development, and delivery to key client executives
    • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships at prospects and clients
    • Actively promote Arcadia values, delivery methodologies, and solutions in the marketplace
    • Extend Arcadia‚Äôs brand through thought leadership, networking, professional associations, and presentations at conferences
  • Delivery Management
    • Ensure high-quality delivery and measurable results are produced at the accounts in your portfolio
    • Define and measure project performance against goals
    • Ensure and measure client satisfaction
    • Manage staff planning and project restructuring to drive success within your portfolio of accounts
    • Effectively manage large programs
    • Proactively identify and mitigate program and account-level risks
  • Talent Management
    • Manage career development for all resources assigned to accounts in your portfolio
    • Identify and plan growth strategies for top talent within your accounts
    • Demonstrate and teach exceptional communication and consulting skills
    • Foster a collaborative and functioning team environment
    • Lead through influence and by example
  • Internal Accountability
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and and profitability targets in your portfolio of accounts
    • Accurately predict, measure, and review account level financials, quality, and staffing
    • Plan, document, and measure career progress for resources assign to accounts in your portfolio
    • Provide input to product lines to optimize and scale existing solution offerings and identify new offerings based on market and client needs
Qualifications The ideal candidate has a proven track record of 7-15 years of successful sales and delivery experience in the ambulatory healthcare industry. Experience building and managing client relationships as well as overseeing the delivery of complex, custom solutions to clients is required. Strong customer and employee references are required. Travel ranges from 25-75%.

  • Minimum BA or BS required
  • MBA or MHA desired
Other Experience Considered:
  • Subject matter expertise in ambulatory healthcare services delivery is desired
  • Prior experience with data-driven care delivery is desired
  • Management consulting or business process improvement experience preferred
  • Healthcare Leadership and Relationships (ACHE, MGMA, AAFP, etc.) are a strong plus
