As a Client Executive at MILESTONE, you will be responsible for crafting the sales strategy for MILESTONE’s largest, most strategic clients. You will also be tasked with developing new business across MILESTONE’s target account base.

In addition to exercising strategic vision, the successful Client Executive will manage day-to-day tactical activities to ensure that billings and profitability targets are met.

You will identify (through hunting, current customers and referrals/leads), new opportunities to provide customers with products and services across our five practice areas: UnifyIT (CISCO), AppleIT, ManageIT (Managed Services), RelocateIT and DataCenterIT.

To be a successful Client Executive at MILESTONE, you must possess a consultative sales approach and be able to clearly articulate MILESTONE’s offerings to our customers. You must also be able to influence and manage internal resources within MILESTONE. A proven track record of successfully delivering CISCO-based solutions as well as experience in positioning professional services is required. You also need to be fluent in “tech” and be able to do the groundwork required to bring in qualified opportunities.

Engage customers, vendor resources and internal resources to present best-in-class solutions to customers.

Evangelize the MILESTONE mission and values inside and outside the company.

Ensure that customer meeting/call agendas are well thought out and prepared in advance.

Become fluent in MILESTONE’s service offerings, and be able to explain those offerings to prospective and current customers.

Partner with internal and external resources on all deals and projects. Own the communication channel.

Required Skills

Required Experience

“Must Have” Qualifications:
Experience selling Cisco products or services; in other words, candidate must have either worked in the Cisco sales organization or served in a Cisco partner sales organization (ePlus, WWT, DiData, AT&T, BT, etc)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Demonstrated ability to work across boundaries (Service Delivery, Finance, Marketing, etc); Collaborative Nature

At least two strong references

“Major Plus” Qualifications

International experience
