Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, the Client Manager is responsible for client satisfaction, retention and maintains reference ready clients within their assigned territory. The CM receives his/her assigned client at the time the client is sold, partners with implementation team members and key influencers within the clients organization. The CM interacts with Optum Insight customer operations staff to guarantee a smooth implementation as well as ongoing support. The CM will function collaboratively with other Client Relationship Managers and CSEs, implementation /technical staff, business analysts, software development.

5+ years in healthcare client relationship support, project management and/or sales/marketing
Ability to forge/establish C Suite or Vice President level contacts
Familiarity with hospital ED operation and understanding of outpatient revenue cycle products and their associated customer interactions
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
Must be able to travel up to 50%
Must have access to high speed internet

Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience w/ CRM tools (i.e. salesforce.com)
