The Client Relations Coordinator works in conjunction with the Donor Recruiters to coordinate numerous operational activities related to mobile blood drives and fixed-site collections. This position is responsible for account management functions for initiating, retaining and maintaining the assigned client base. The position requires both creative and technical aptitude; the position requires both the ability to work independently and with minimum supervision and to work well in a team environment. The individual represents CBC at special events and promotions. The individual must have very strong customer service skills, strong written/oral/computer skills, be able to meet strict deadlines and operate successfully within a predetermined budget. Above all, this position serves to exceed the expectations of patients and all other customers we serve.
· 2 to 3 Years of office medical administrative or medical supervisory experience with an emphasis in customer service required.
· Valid Florida driver’s license required.
· One-year formal education or training beyond HS required
