We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Client Relations Coordinator. The successful candidate will serve as a primary RxAlly service contact for assigned clients to include payers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, academic/clinical partners, and public sector/governmental entities, as well as a provider of secondary support for additional clients and projects. In addition, s/he will be responsible for assuring programs are implemented to clients’ satisfaction and for building relationships with key client contacts to position contract renewal and/or sale of additional RxAlly products and solutions. Activities may include, but are not limited to: development of correspondence and collateral material for project implementation and client management; tracking and reporting client activities and customer satisfaction; telephone and email client interactions.

Local candidates preferred. Relocation will not be offered for this position.

Required Skills & Experience
§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
§ 2-6 years of customer service, account management, inside sales or business development experience
§ Experience in the healthcare, employer and pharmacy benefits, or pharmacy benefit management markets preferred
§ Experience utilizing a CRM system on a daily basis
§ Proven ability to collaborate with multiple team members across departments including product management, marketing, and business leadership
