Position responsibility is to form, maintain and strengthen relationships with principle stakeholders at our higher education client sites. Duties include the solicitation of ongoing customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing utilization of our software solutions. In our professional services model, the CRM serves in neither a sales nor customer support capacity, but is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Position does require travel (25 to 30%) to client sites and trade shows to achieve that end.

Qualified candidates will have three or more years in a similar role, with success in the retention, product-entrenchment, and satisaction of a large client base. Software or technology background a plus. We seek professional candidates with the requisite communication skills to comfortably relate to any member of an organization including C-suite Executives. We look for a demonstrated ability to organize, manage, recall and report on information related to clients.

Candidates located outside of Kansas City Metropolitan area must be willing to relocate to the area at ther own expense and provide details in cover letter regarding interest and timing in doing so.
