Overview: Management Science Associates, Inc. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Client Service Analyst Intern for our Information Management Systems division. The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, coordinating and ensuring successful completion of client project assignments. Frequent client interaction, both written and verbal, will be required; therefore strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are a must.

Responsibilities

Help manage client sales/trade marketing data and data processes

Interact with clients, data suppliers and internal MSA teams

Accountable for planning and coordinating client project assignments

Coordinate functions and requests between internal areas

Create and maintain integrity of client deliverables for data and reporting

Provide quality assurance for data and reporting

Ensure successful completion of client data projects

Learn MSA software and databases

Required Skills

Experience managing or working with data desired

Innovative and proactive

Good interpersonal and team skills

Ability to establish cooperative working relationships

Detail oriented with good organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office products

Must show proficiency with the use and capabilities of MS Excel

Ability to manage time independently
