Clarins,

a leading European skincare and luxury fragrance company has an opening for

bright, motivated, and energetic part-time and full-time Client

Relationship Specialists to represent the Clarins brand in

flawless event and sales execution in prestigious department stores in the

Chicago Market. The Client Relationship Specialist will plan and execute events

to drive retail sales and increase the counter’s productivity.

The Client

Relationship Specialist will provide service

with integrity by listening to the client, giving her advice she can trust and

offering her products that she will love. Motivate, enthuse and

inspire the Clarins Skin Care Specialist to work as part of a

team.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:
Coach and provide feedback to Skin Care

Specialists

  • Lead

Retention of Clients

  • Learn
and have a thorough understanding of the Retailer’s CRM system for each account

you service

  • Effectively
work alongside the Skin Care Specialist to develop best practices in the

retention of clients by:
o Educating

her to enter the client information into the Retailer’s CRM

o Guiding

her to develop a follow-up client recall plan

o Actively

schedule appointments for future events

Execute Events Successfully

  • As
an Event Captain execute event by planning, preparing and performing with clear,

concise and consistent communication:
o With

the Account Executive, Counter Manager and Store Management, before, during and

after event

o With

Account Development Manager / Special Events & Communications Executive and

Account Executive reporting sales readings at 3:00 PM and end of

day

  • Ensure
event equipment and collateral is in adherence with company

standards.

General Duties

  • Create
client intimacy and retention through:
o Clarins

retail animations

o Clarins

Skin Time Discovery Treatments

o Sampling

o Invite

Her Back

o Schedule

for future events

  • Meet
productivity expectations:
o Achieve

100% of sales target

o During

non-event days achieve $_______/ day

o Recruit

5 new customers per day

  • Log
on no later than 12 noon EST Monday to record personal productivity and hours

worked for the week prior on the ADS On Line Reporting System.

  • Collaborate
with Counter Manager to assess counter performance and set goals.

Develop a game plan to recoup any sales shortfall and stay on track

towards sales targets.

  • Be
flexible, attend and support any special events where and when

needed.

  • Participate
in Clarins Lounge by viewing videos, completing the quizzes, sharing appropriate

event photos and success stories.

  • Attend
Clarins Education Seminars to obtain certification in Skin Time, Initial and

Advanced.

Experience/Skills/Requirements:
  • Proven
track record of cosmetic sales successes and goal achievement.

  • Portray
a professional attitude and follow Clarins image guidelines.

  • Excellent
organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Follow
reporting procedures and conduct administrative duties

accordingly.

  • Competent
in make-up application techniques
