Position Summary

The Client Renewals Administrator is an entry level position in the Global Sales Team focusing primarily on annual renewals for current RSI clients. The Client Renewals Administrator will have the ability to articulate the RSI Support Model and Value Proposition to our clients to ensure the highest renewal rates in our business. You will be responsible for successful quarterly campaigns to our target clients to ensure timely, accurate and positive renewal outcomes.

The Client Renewals Administrator will work closely with Client Renewals Manager and other internal parties that also work directly with our clients, and play a key role in providing updates and insight into our client base. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to meet/exceed quotas. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage an innovative process to generate renewals among our client base

Coordinate with Renewals Manager to bring renewals to closure

Perform administrative tasks related to renewal sales activity as assigned by Renewals Manager

Maintain current opportunity information and contact activities in Salesforce.com

Additional duties assigned by management.

Minimal Qualifications

2+ years experience within the software/High Tech industy, Sales/Marketing experience preferred.

Must be articulate on the phone and have strong communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required.

Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.

Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.

Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Requires the ability to acquire an understanding of the general functions of other divisions and their role in assisting with Renewals.

Education

Bachelors Degree Required
