This position is directly responsible for the daily administration activities for the assigned Business Banking Sales Team ensuring compliance and consistency with established policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities are to ensure members are provided with service that meets our service mandates. Work effectively with sales team and operations staff.
Responsible for coordination and resolution of member inquiries regarding existing accounts as well as new transactions.
Assisting Sales Team with account openings as well as reviewing loan submission packages prior to submission to underwriting, assuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum experience of 2 years in financial services.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi task and are entrepreneurial
Exposure to financial sales environment
Strong service acumen
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong administrative/PC skills to include advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and general knowledge of Access.
