Overview: Management Science Associates, Inc. We are currently seeking an entry level Client Service Analyst to become a member of our Media Post Buy Services team. A thirst for knowledge will enable the candidate to learn the ever changing business of the Media industry. This position includes managing data processes as well as interacting with diverse clients, data suppliers, and internal MSA teams. The ideal candidate will help to ensure the quality of all deliverables as well as providing project management of client requests from start to finish. Experience working with at least some low level data-sets and a desire to troubleshoot client issues are also necessary skills for this position. In order for a candidate to be successful in this position, they must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. This position will be a key player on a team of seasoned professionals, in a mature business that has been growing for over 30 years.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Help manage client sales/trade marketing data and data processes
  • Interact with clients, data suppliers and internal MSA teams
  • Accountable for planning and coordinating client project assignments
  • Coordinate functions and requests between internal areas
  • Create and maintain integrity of client deliverables for data and reporting
  • Assist in development of changes to existing deliverables and in creation of new ones
  • Provide quality assurance for data and reporting
  • Ensure successful completion of client data projects
  • Learn MSA software and databases
Required Skills
  • Four-year degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing or working with data desired
  • Innovative and proactive
  • Good interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must show proficiency with the use and capabilities of MS Excel
  • Ability to manage time independently
  • Occasional travel may be required (typically same day)
