Consider a position as a Client Service Engineer with Zensar. You will be responsible for providing on-site customer support at premier clients in and around greater RRTP ara.

The successful candidate will:
Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site remedial maintenance and installation, as well as any necessary diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
Instruct clients in the operation and maintenance of the system
Serve as company liaison with clients on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
Zensar is a multi-platform support organization that provides on-site Data Center Support for Sun, HP, IBM, EMC, STK, and Dell products. All Engineers will attend extensive training throughout their employment. Required Experience:

All potential candidates must have excellent customer skills combined with strong technical/ troubleshooting capabilities. The candidate must be motivated to learn new products and services with minimal to moderate supervision. S/he must be willing to work a non-standard work schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess:
2-5 years experience working on Sun, HP, Dell, IBM and STK Storage Library
Associates Degree or equivalent technical work experience
Proficient with incident tracking systems
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Leadership to provide direction
