Simi Valley, CA - Financial Advisory Practice is seeking a fulltime Client Service Manager. Key responsibilities include, providing client service via phone and in person, scheduling appointments, processing and tracking business paperwork and assisting in resolving business issues, assisting in execution of marketing activities, managing the financial planning process including investment deliverables, data gathering and preparing presentations, reports and illustrations, managing client relationship management system, correspondence and responding to ad hoc requests as needed.
Successful candidates will be highly dependable, trustworthy, have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organized, proficient in Microsoft office, able to handle multiple responsibilities and consistently follow high standards of business/professional ethics when dealing with others and performing work activities. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in daily activities a must.
Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or higher, 2+ years of similar work experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and a desire to grow and learn in the industry.
