The Client Service Manager (CSM) is an experienced business manager delivering customer/client service policy, plans, processes, and procedures. This individual will provide client Service strategy and execution leadership to the program in managing all aspects of customer service and interface. The CSM shall manage the technical interfaces between client and supplier systems and lead the development of technical requirements for supplier operating agreements.

Required Skills Senior Consulting Managers are exempt resources who typically serve as liaisons with more senior levels of the client organization. They may collaborate and strategize with Consultants on the core client issues, their root causes, and then recommended solutions.

The Client Service Manager focuses on delivering customer/client service policy, plans, processes, and procedures.

Required Experience
  • 15+ years broad experience in quality management disciplines in federal Government and commercial environments ensuring customer satisfaction of products and services
  • Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or MA/MS Degree
Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required, only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
