Obtain a thorough understanding of Weston and the services we offer. Secure or position Weston for contracts with targeted clients. Will expand our offerings in other areas including but not limited to energy efficiency, energy assessments, load management, demand response, smart meters and integration with building automation systems, renewable energy solutions and supply side buying. Develop Account Plans with tactics for all targeted clients. Assemble and lead Account Teams. Network with all applicable service lines and the Commercial business team. Must be willing to travel. Should have applied experience with various energy technologies to help sell integrated energy offerings.
BS in Engineering or Sciences and 15+ years environmental consulting experience (including 5+ years of business development), mainly in the New England commercial market is required. Experience in business development) with a primary client base of attorneys representing Commercial/Industrial and municipal clients with environmental and/or redevelopment challenges is required. Demonstrated flexibility to deliver new service areas/solutions (alternative energy, sustainability, and redevelopment) is desired. Demonstrated ability to grow an account in many service areas and ability to get repeat business and maintain client relationships is required. Demonstrate ability to leverage networks, contacts into sales growth is required. Strong leadership skills (self directed, and can lead account teams) are desired.
