Job Summary:
Provides direct telephone service, responding to incoming calls from broker and shareholders. Communicates effectively and efficiently to provide quality service and product information on mutual fund accounts, IRA accounts and IRA rollover accounts. Utilizing available resources, initiates account problem resolution. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Principal Responsibilities:
Responds to incoming phone calls primarily from brokers and shareholders in a timely manner.
Provides account and product information to shareholders and brokers.
Responsible for proper documentation of telephone calls on appropriate computer system.
Processes various financial transactions and maintenances on client accounts.
Meets departmental standards to uphold quality service standards.
Performs research on issues ranging from simple inquiries to complex problem resolution.
Performs additional duties as requested.

Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Professional, courteous verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Solid phone and typing skills.
