Customer Service Representative |
California Capital Insurance Company, an affiliate of Capital Insurance Group, has an excellent opportunity in our Customer Service Department. As a Customer Service Representative, the ideal candidate will speak to policyholders and agents, using our automated systems to respond to inquiries and remedy service issues. Duties also include routine handling of policy information and coverage questions, answering billing questions and providing payment status. To be considered, you must have a professional and outgoing personality along with excellent personal computer skills. We also require previous customer service experience in both commercial and personal lines along with solid communications ability, both verbally and in writing, bilingual preferred.
Solid organizational skills and a detailed orientation are required to organize tasks and manage multiple assignments. Sound judgment and problem solving skills are required to perform simple to moderate analysis accurately and timely.
Qualifications: Equivalent to completion of high school with 1 to 2 years work experience in the insurance industry or insurance agency preferred. Coursework in office skills and insurance terminology is highly desirable.
