DESCRIPTION

The client service representative will assist and support our Fuel Card Program. Ideal candidates must be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills. Advanced computer technical skills are not required: however, you must be familiar with computers in Windows XP environment and have the ability to multi task computer applicatioans and handle multiple phone calls. High energy, an upbeat and enthusiastic personality, strong directive skills and a professional telephone presence are attributes we are looking for.

DUTIES

Building strong relationships with fuel clients and assists them loading funds, troubleshooting card issues and answering account questions. Ideal candidate must possess and consistently demonstrate: high ethics, common sense and good judgement, high sustained energy, upbeat postive, enthusiastic personality, great people skills, including empathy, courtesy and respect. Professional and articulate telephone presence, confidence, creative problem solving skills. assist clients with clerical needs such as processing invoices, and various paper work. Represents England Logistics in a positive manner. Assists clients in resolving their problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalence. Must be able to work in the U. S. 18 years of age.1-3 years of past experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.Basic understanding of office suite software.Must be able to work 40 hours per week. England Logistics is an EOE.
