Management

Focus: Handle all aspects of the lease document cycle in an efficient and productive manner. This includes customer support and problem solving

Responsibilities:
Provide Superior customer service to brokers, Lessees and co workers

Prepare and execute Lease documentation.

Upon receipt quality control leases in an expedient manner to prepare for funding.

Maintain customer records and files for daily follow-up.

Maintain open lines of communication to provide vendors and lessees with regular updates regarding status.

Provide additional customized reporting as necessary.

Monitor Fax machines and field broker calls and inquires.

Place and take Lessee Verification calls

Strengthen working relationships with existing broker base by providing the highest levels of customer service during the lease process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years experience working directly with customers in a lending or customer service environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PC Literate

Detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling time sensitive material to ensure turn around times meet requirements.

Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem solve with minimal direction

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
